David Kell is a licensed independent insurance broker specializing in Medicare insurance solutions. He is appointed by the major insurance carriers in California to help his clients find the best coverage at the lowest cost. He earned the Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Evansville in Communications and worked for Entrepreneur Magazine, then created the largest document service in Medical Oncology records in Los Angeles. He is currently affiliated with Pinnacle Financial Services, one of the largest Medicare brokerages in the country.
